The HappySapiens Podcast

Conversations about being human at work and beyond.

The HappySapiens Podcast began as a simple curiosity about what makes people happier, more fulfilled and more human.

Over time, the conversations have expanded into leadership, work, identity, well-being, relationships, happiness and the questions that often sit beneath professional success.

Why the podcast exists

Some conversations are worth having slowly.

The HappySapiens Podcast started in September 2020, during the pandemic, as a personal experiment.

What began as a way to explore ideas around happiness and human behaviour gradually became a collection of conversations with people from different walks of life.

The subjects have changed.

The questions have evolved.

The curiosity has remained.

Because beneath careers, achievements, relationships and ambitions, there is always a person trying to make sense of it all.

What we talk about

The conversation continues

The podcast is one format.
The questions are the same.

I explore many of these questions in different ways — through coaching, teaching, speaking and writing.

The format changes.
The curiosity doesn’t.
